Green People has an extensive range of ethically-sourced health and beauty products
which are suitable for use by vegans. Registered with the Vegan Society, these contain
no animal-derived substances; instead, we look to sustainably-grown plants for our
ingredients.
We use the extracts, essences and oils of plants such as aloe vera, lavender and
chamomile in our quest to create the finest organic skin and hair care products.
These ingredients in our cruelty-free, vegan toiletries
allow you to enjoy gorgeous, glossy hair and clear, radiant skin thanks to their
nutrient-rich, natural formulas.
The majority of Green People hair and skin care products are vegan and all are vegetarian.
None are tested on animals.
Green People’s organic beauty products do not contain
any substances which could have a toxic effect on the body. Our products are free
from Parabens, Lanolin, Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulphate (SLS/SLES) and Petrochemicals.
They also do not contain any synthetic fragrances, which are a source of skin irritation
for many.

Our vegan skin care products and other toiletries are
ideal for people with all skin types, even those with sensitive skin. They have
been developed with the gentlest ingredients which treat skin kindly whilst also
nourishing for a healthy glow. The same goes for the formulations of our vegan hair
care range, which give hair a really beautiful, natural shine.
A wide choice of vegan skin care products
A 2-in-1 cleanser and make-up remover, Gentle Cleanse
is a lovely mild face product which contains chamomile, marshmallow and aloe vera.
With no animal-derived ingredients, it is ideal for vegans wanting to make an ethical
choice with their beauty products. However, Gentle
Cleanse is just one of many organic skin
care products from Green People which are suitable for vegans.
Our day and night creams, such as the Day Solution
or our award-winning Fruitful Nights, can
also be used by vegans, as can our Eye Gel and
Eye Cream. You can even enjoy a revitalising
face mask with our Vita Min Mask, which is
very good for normal, tired and mature skin.
Vegan hair and body care products for all hair types
Our Aloe Vera Shampoo and
Conditioner are two of our customers’ favourite vegan hair care products.
A soothing natural shampoo and conditioner for all the family, they are gentle on
the scalp and help to give hair a wonderful shine. It is most suitable for those
with normal or dry hair.
We also have shampoos and conditioners for those with damaged, oily or thick hair,
as well as an excellent selection of vegan shower gels and body washes. In addition
to our shower/bath range, we offer liquid soaps
made with pure, organic ingredients and strictly no Triclosan.
The vegan-friendly fragrance-free range
Our entire Organic Base range, which contains only
scent-free products, is suitable for vegans, as well as those with ultra-sensitive
skin and fragrance allergies. With products ranging from fragrance-free
shampoo to no scent deodorant,
it contains a full selection of the gentlest of toiletries.
The No Scent 24 Hour Cream,
which contains organic evening primrose, hemp and avocado, helps to moisturise skin
day and night. Rich in vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, its formula
is very effective in supporting the natural balance of the skin and protecting against
ageing.
Organic, vegan baby washes and lotions
Our Organic Babies range contains a number of natural
baby care products which can be used by vegans, including two gorgeous washes. Choose
between aromatic Lavender and soothing
Chamomile, both of which can also be
used as shampoos for your baby’s hair.
The Lavender Mum & Baby Moisturiser
is a lovely, gentle lotion which moisturises effectively but does not leave skin
greasy or slippery. Also ideal as a massage lotion, it contains a mild blend of
aloe vera, lavender, calendula and hemp which help to protect delicate skin.
Natural, vegan skin care for children
The Aloe Vera Lotion from Green People is a wonderfully gentle, natural moisturiser
for children. Suitable for vegans due to its plant-based ingredients, its soothing
action helps to heal skin after exposure to the sun, whilst also keeping skin soft
and smooth.
The entire Green People Organic Children range
can be used by vegans, apart from the organic sun lotions which contain beeswax
to give the cream water resistance. From natural toothpastes to organic shampoo,

Tasty toothpaste suitable for vegans
Our refreshing Citrus & Aloe Vera
Toothpaste is excellent for those with sensitive gums and is 100% natural
and safe. It is also suitable for vegans because it is free from propolis, an excretion
from bees which is used in many organic toothpastes for its anti-microbial properties.
Whilst some of our natural toothpaste range does contain propolis, we also have
a Minty Cool Toothpaste for vegans. None of our toothpastes contain fluoride, nor
SLS/SLES or any artificial sweeteners.
Super sun lotion suitable for vegans
Organic sun lotion can sometimes contain beeswax, as this is the most effective
natural substance for water repellence. Unfortunately, this means that they cannot
be used by vegans. Whilst some of our sun lotions do have beeswax in, we have also
formulated a number of natural sun care products which are appropriate for vegans.
Our SPF15 Sun Lotion
is one such vegan sun lotion. It does not have the water repellent properties of
our other sun lotions, but it does offer broad spectrum UVA & UVB protection.
It even has a suntan accelerator effect, and is particularly suitable if you burn
moderately and tan gradually.
Organic Homme: natural grooming for the male vegan
Our Organic Homme range, which includes
a selection of male grooming products, is fully vegan-friendly. From the
1 Scrub It Exfoliator to the Shave
Now shave gel, it caters for the male vegan perfectly.
The 9 Stay Cool roll-on deodorant
contains no Parabens, Alcohol or pore-clogging Aluminium. With organic mint, lavender
and eucalyptus for a cooling effect, this vegan deodorant will keep you smelling
fresh even after a session at the gym.
Ethical, natural beauty products from Green People
As well as being committed to creating natural, organic products, we also hold a
firm belief that we should minimise the environmental impact of our actions.
Thus, we use packaging which is recyclable and biodegradable, and which has not
been air freighted. We also formulate our products with such natural ingredients
that they are suitable for use even in the most delicate of environments, such as
a mountain stream. None have been tested on animals.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say how fantastic your suncreams are. In the
past I have found that I have tanned very unevenly but your creams have stopped
this. I have just come back from a week in Spain and I have the best tan I have
ever had (I am blonde and quite fair skinned) - I didn't burn at all. The
SPF 15 with tan accelerator is great. I would recommend your creams to everyone,
